Private Equity Sales Director

ABOUT THIS ROLE

 

In this role you will develop new and manage current private equity. You will build awareness and opportunity generation between the private equity firm and PAAS, ultimately driving growth for the organization. He/she should have direct experience building effective partner programs and should have a point of view on the success of the program, specifically inside a private equity/investment portfolio company. This role will also be responsible for building a broad ecosystem of new private equity partners that have an ability to leverage PAAS’s full suite of services to grow revenue opportunities and leads.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop new and grow existing private equity partnerships and sales opportunities with the objective of building trusted advisor relationships at all stages of the lifecycle.

  • Identify, research, evaluate, secure, contract and launch new partnerships with key PE firms.

  • Identify new sales opportunities within the existing PE client base and enhance the relationship between PAAS and private equity portfolio companies.

  • Serve as a single point of entry and the day-to-day contact for all private equity relationships globally.

  • Responsible for ongoing stewardship and health of current established commercial partnerships with PE firms.

  • Educate internal sales teams on all partnerships and offers within the PE vertical.

  • Act as liaison between private equity firm, sales, and client services.

  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, operations, finance and legal to support private equity sales and partnership growth.

  • Minimum 10 years direct and indirect sales experience in Enterprise software and technology.

  • Broad network and deep vertical knowledge and experience managing relationships with private equity firms, and investment firms more broadly.

  • Ability to speak confidently and educate cross functionally about solutions across a wide variety of domains.

  • Results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.

  • Ability to manage a wide range of projects, people, and deliverables a once.

  • Executive level written and verbal communication skills.

  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources.

  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes.
